Pastor of Worship & High School | Heritage Christian Fellowship

Heritage Christian Fellowship is a Christ-centered body of believers dedicated to making disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus. Located in beautiful Medford, Oregon, this growing church is looking for a Pastor of Worship & High School to join their team. This person will work alongside other staff and leaders in providing key leadership over Sunday morning worship and the high school ministry.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
– Leading and facilitating musical worship
– Identifying, recruiting, equipping, and developing musically talented and spiritually sound individuals
– Fostering a warm, biblically-sound, gospel-rich, disciple-making environment for students
– Developing a student ministry culture that fosters belonging, biblical instruction, disciple making, mission, and fun
– Teaching and preaching

SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE:
– Gifted in leading and facilitating musical worship
– Theologically sound
– A desire and gifting to teach
– Comfortable entering into and engaging with youth culture as an outflow of ministry
– A desire to grow and be developed

THE AREA:
Medford is nestled in Southern Oregon’s beautiful Rogue Valley. This agriculturally rich valley is home to 80+ vineyards and is surrounded in all directions by the expansive Cascade and Siskiyou Mountains. The area is an outdoorsman’s paradise with world class hiking, biking, backpacking, skiing, fishing, and hunting readily available to all.
