Remote Referral & Sales Contractors

Responsibilities:

• Refer clients to Castle Strategies’ services
• Leverage your network and communication skills to build trust
• Set your own schedule and work remotely
• Earn commission for each client contract closed

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals in ministry roles (pastors, youth ministers, worship leaders, etc.)
• Outgoing, trustworthy, and community-minded people
• Self-starters who can work independently
• Anyone looking to supplement income while staying focused on their calling

Details:

• 1099 contractor role
• Commission-based pay (varies by product)
• Remote and flexible
• Beta program limited to 3–5 individuals
